After 3 years in West Perth and deciding to scale the business back, i've relocated the office to home in Inglewood.
Please note new office details, but the old numbers will still work and get redirected to the new numbers anyway.
Email details are still the same.
Best wishes and chat to you soon.

Just a quick update on the keenly attended Hegney Property Breakfast a few weeks ago.
Expectations of continued growth in WA, though not to the same levels as 2006, due to continuing strong fundamentals from resource & business investment in the state.
Confirmation of this recently in the news with unemployment rates in WA down to a low of 2.7%, confirming WA as the economic powerhouse of the nation.
Two key drivers of the property market for 2006 - being the First Home Owners & Investors - have "vacated" the WA market due to being priced out of the market with unparalleled levels of pricing and affordability. The positive to this has been the increase in supply of properties, and a softening of pricing in some areas lately too.
The next major point of impetus to the market picking up again is expected to be with the release of the Budget in May, and with proposed benefits to the First Home Owner market to assist with improvements in affordability.
All in all, further positive news for both current home owners and prospective ones too.
Hope you all had a happy & enjoyable Easter.

Greetings and Salutations,
We are back into the swing of things after the Christmas and New Year break.
This year will be an interesting one for the Perth property market after the abnormally strong growth of the past couple of years.
Will be attending the Hegneys 2007 Property Outlook again early next month, and will be posting an update on what is predicted for the WA market this year.
Pray all is well with you and your families.
Joshua.
